By accessing or using SubsVital (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SubsVital is a subscription analytics platform that provides SaaS metrics, MRR tracking, churn analysis, and customer lifetime value insights. The Service connects to your existing billing and subscription data sources to generate reports and dashboards.

3. Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

7. Subscription and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Billing terms, pricing, and cancellation policies will be presented at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubsVital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
